Rent includes all utilities and Starlink internet for individual room rentals and limited utilities for duplex and home rental. Each unit features an open-concept living area with kitchens equipped with modern, high-quality finishes, including granite countertops, a stove, dishwasher, and microwave, making meal prep easy and efficient. Individual room rentals are furnished with bed frames, mattresses, and many have a personal sink vanity for added convenience.
